  • How many guests can the venue accommodate?

    The venue can hold up to 200 reception style and 250 cocktail style. The outdoor


    gazebo area can accommodate 100+ guest.

  • Is there parking at the venue?

    The venue has well-lit onsite parking that can accommodate up to 80+ spaces with

    additional free parking available either across the street from venue or two doors

    down with both areas well-lit. Valet is optional at an additional fee.

  • Can we leave our vehicles overnight?

    NO, all vehicles must be removed by the end of each event or otherwise will be

    towed at owners’ expense.


  • Is Security provided?

    All bar packages require security services. All other events security is optional to

    purchase.

  • Can we bring our own alcohol and bartender?

    All things alcohol or bar related, the venue will handle In House Only, NO

    exceptions.

  • Can we bring outside vendors?

    Patrons are welcome to bring any vendor of choice who is licensed and insured.

    Caterers we asked that one of our vetted, preferred caterers be utilized. If an

    outside cater is preferred, there is a Non-Refundable $500.00 fee for choosing to

    do so.


  • Is a wedding planner included?

    Yes, our In-House Wedding Planner will work with you through all the details for

    your “Big Day” including the rehearsal.

  • Can setup be the day before the event?

    No, setup is allotted at time of booking/planning an event. Additional set up time

    can be purchased.

  • Will there be another event going on at the same time as mine?

    No, we only host one event at a time.

  • How to tour the venue ?

    Request to tour the venue can be done by calling the venue directly or booking

    online via the website, www.thegreenmagnoliaevents.com All tours must be booked 48 hours prior to requested date.

  • How to book an event?

    Bookings are on a first come, first serve basis. All bookings must be made by

    phone or in person. There are no online bookings available currently. Once a

    booking is set, a non-refundable 50% of venue rental deposit is required to hold

    the date requested. Until the non-refundable deposit is made, the requested date

    remains open to other patrons.


  • How to pay?

    Payments may be taken in person, over the phone and through our online

    payment portal.


  • What type of payments are accepted?

    We accept cash, check, money orders, cashier checks, wire transfers and all

    major credit cards(4% processing fee added on credit cards). Venue is not

    responsible for any fees occurred on your payment choice.


  • When are payments due?

    Once event is booked and planned a customized schedule of payments

    will be setup.
