Deposits & Payment Policies

Deposit retainer of 50% of the rental rate is due with the return of the signed rental agreement. The date of the event is not reserved until this payment and the signed rental agreement are received. The deposit of rental fee is non-refundable. (The rental fee may include security guards, bartenders, any staff or any 3rd party vendors the clients asks the event hall to secure on their behalf).


1 month prior to the event date, remainder of 50% of rental fee is due (which may or may not include security guards, any staff or any 3rd party vendors the client requests the event venue to secure on their behalf). All money paid to The Green Magnolia will become non-refundable as soon as they are paid and no refunds (full or partial) will be offered. No credit will be offered.


2 working days prior to the event date, refundable Security/Damage Deposit of $500 is due.


Facility Fees may vary for city wide events, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve & New Years Day or any events lasting past midnight.


Confetti, Open Flames, Sparklers, Rice, Bubbles or Smoking inside the Event venue is strictly prohibited.


Event venue and Amenities must be returned in the condition they were received. No trash, stains, residues, sets, set pieces, props, materials, equipment, or decorations must remain at the end of the event.


Nothing can be tacked, nailed, adhered, or taped to, or hung/suspended from any floors, walls, surfaces, or elements. If there is something that must be hung, taped, attached to any wall, ceiling, floor, talk to the Event Hall for permission prior to the event.


Event venue does not provide any table linens, napkins, food, catering items, décor, A/V, uplighting, or trash services.

 

Event venue hours are between 8am-12 midnight. There will be additional cost for events lasting past 12am which may or may not require off duty Powder Springs officers.
